Located in Menganti Village, Kesugihan, Cilacap, this business was founded in 2020 and was initiated by Mrs. Wiji Hartik with the Family Welfare Empowerment of the Indah Jaya family.

Indah Jaya Craft is a business in the field of handicrafts that was pioneered by her together with other Family Welfare Empowerment mothers, fostering the welfare of the Indah Jaya family, since 2020, this business has been active in converting strapping or used cardboard ropes into handicrafts.

Currently, Indah Jaya Craft has 15 variants of handicrafts such as shopping bags, flower pots, trash cans, dirty clothes holders, and various unique bags. Various innovations and creativity in the development of these handicraft products have been implemented by Mrs. Elwin and other FWE mothers so that they can be preferred by consumers.

The production started with Mrs. Elwin and other FWE mothers collecting waste materials such as strapping straps and cardboard straps which then carried out joint business activities with FWE Mothers, namely, converting waste strapping straps and cardboard straps into bag products and others. In the process of working on various obstacles and challenges faced by Mrs. Elwin and FWE mothers in business activities, starting from the process of working on business activities where there is a lack of working capital and training in product development as well as many competitors who have business activities similar to the business activities of Ms. Elwin and FWE mothers work on.

In the marketing process, Indah Jaya Craft does various ways to attract potential buyers of its handicrafts, starting from marketing products through social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. The promotions carried out focused on increasing orders and adding ideas to innovate products or issue new variants. Mrs. Elwin also believes that doing online marketing, is very helpful for handicraft products to be known by the wider community.

In overcoming obstacles throughout the production process, Mrs. Elwin and other FWE members are trying to find training by utilizing existing technology by looking on YouTube so that business activities and the production process of goods can be more creative, innovative, and superior products. Mrs. Elwin and other FWE mothers are always more innovative and creative in terms of models, prices, and color choices to be different from the others.

Mrs. Elwin and other FWE mothers hope that by carrying out these handicraft business activities they will be able to help the income of FWE mothers and the Menganti Village community. Because this handicraft business affects the income of the surrounding community, now the people of Menganti Village have their own income from making these handicrafts so that at this time they can be more productive making these handicrafts. Mrs. Elwin and Mrs. FWE hope that the government can help Mrs. Elwin and other FWE mothers by providing assistance and training or counseling for our products to be superior and creative so that they can advance the Menganti Village community.
