The product is trying to present itself with the new shade of “Pisang Leleh”, with 10 to 15 flavors to offer. Many variations of the menu offered are baked “Pisang Leleh” and fried “Pisang Leleh”, the most desirable flavors are swiss choco, choco cheese, and matcha.
The process of making “Pisang Leleh” is almost the same as the process of making chocolate bananas in general. In 2020, this business were impacted by pandemic and experience a decline of up to 90% and also the turnover which normally reaches 3,500,000 - 5,000,000 drops to 300,000 in a day. In 2021, the business starting to crawling up with some improvements but the decline is still at 40% rate. Before the pandemic, the plan was to create 1000 branches throughout Indonesia, but because of the pandemic the plan failed. Finally started rescheduling, rearranging, and the target this year is to have 100 branches. There are targets and goals to be achieved, there is a vision and mission, which ultimately makes this business survive and continue to rise. Now the turnover of this business at the Purwokerto outlet is in the range of 1,500,000 – 2,200,000.
